  • 6 Workouts per week (3 strength, 3 cardio)

How it works

  • Once you purchase your program, you'll be directed to the app if you haven't been already. You'll be able to choose your start date for the program. The program includes:
  • 6 workouts per week with dumbbells or kettlebells, booty bands, and optional equipment like a treadmill, rowing machine, jump rope, etc.
  • You will receive Recipe Books 1, 2, and 3 that include meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as over 25 healthy snack options to get you through your 12 week program.
  • Every other week you'll get to watch pre-recorded coaching videos from Coach Lee, the founder and CEO of the FitBride Experience. These videos will guide you through nutrition, daily habits, and mindful choices.
